still doing research on local rums... probably willl be bringing home some coconut rum! If I remember jab

Rob says... you should try the pineapple sauce on the red snapper..... and the dark belezian beer.

Do they deliver? I got a nice salmon fillet I am working on now.

If nothing else, I will take about a quart of the coconut.

i doubt they would survive the weather - how bad is it there? We have moved on to coconut pie., jab

Snowed about an inch, that means it is warming up, it is all of 10 now!!!!

now it's time to see what critters are under the dock at night???? we saw a lobster that someone caught at the reef this morning and some conch too. i wonder what conch tastes like??? big snail='s big bugger???? maybe i'll see what i can find tomorrow......

well i guess it's time to leave. the weather has taken a turn for the worse. it's only 84 and it's windy today.... i think the snorkeling would be a bit rough with the white caps..... i'm wondering about the light plane ride to the mainland with the wind.....
we'll be stopping at the duty free store for rum today, our last purchase. then it's off to Atlanta.......

Hey Michael,
it sure was cold when we got off the plane. saturday morning we left Belize at 84 degrees and on sunday afternoon we arrived in Kalispell at about 8 degrees. that was a shock to the system. it really makes you wonder why, why do i live in an ice box? when i could live in a place with the worlds second largest reef only a 5 minute kayak paddle from shore.
Julie and i had a lot of fun. we were celebrating our 25th anniversity. no kids or schedules. tha bar opened at 9am and the water taxis ran from 5am to 3am every hour if you needed something from town. not that you needed to leave, the resort had everything you needed, but it was a bit more spendy than town.
i do have to say, i slept a better last night with a comforter to stay warm than i did with a fan to stay cool on the other hand my toes like the warm sand a LOT more than the snow.....
