    Thumbs up Re: December Meeting

Charlie, Thanks for hosting a great party I mean "meeting". I wish we could have stayed longer that was our plan until Saturday morning(cant count on some family members).

It was good to see everyone and to meet a few folks from Spokane. My two frags look good this am. Thanks a bunch!!

    Re: December Meeting

Thanks to Joanne and Aaron and Michael and Angie for making the trek from Spokane!!!!!

Must have been a good time, I feel like **** this morning

Joanne and Aaron just left the house with some frags from the swap, I hope they do well in her tank. Devon is also headed home with a pretty good haul, I hope he posts some pics, along with Joanne. She may post her stuff on the Spokane site so check there also.

    Re: December Meeting

Hey, that was a great meeting! Thanks for hosting, Charlie. Food was great and the hot buttered rum hit the spot. It was great to see everyone again and nice to have the Spokane area reefers make the trip over. Charlie's tank was looking fabulous and yes, I got some great shots that I'll post for everyone to see. My tank looks a little less than exciting after viewing these beauties.

I want a macro lens now!! Thanks so much Michael for letting me borrow your lenses, and for all of the great photo tips! I'm having about as much fun with the phototgraphy as the aquarium. (Obviously I've been distracted with something as I haven't been on the forums much. Yup, I got a new camera.)

    Enjoy the photos.

Yeah, I've got more to upload, but I'm getting a message that I'm maxed out on space. I found where I can manage attachments and tried to clear out some space, but I managed to delete one of the photos posted. How do you upload so many photos without running out of space? The photos are averaging about 850kb each - too big, maybe?

Most of mine I try to get at around 200-250kb, Kim, usually around 1200x800. I am lucky, I have unlimited space because I am a moderator.

Pick the ones you want to upload and e-mail them to me if you want, and I will save them and put them up for you. If you do that, resize them to something like 1600x? or there abouts.

I can't wait, you were down there a long time, and every time I looked in, you were in there with the top down box, these should be interesting.

There are a few more good shots that I will get on there in the next few days. Wow - that was a lot of fun taking all of those pictures. You've got so many cool things in that tank and that macro lens is the way to go!

Charlie, We had a wonderful time visiting and viewing your amazing tank again!!! I'm sorry we were unable to stay for very long. We finally got home late last night. Food was great, company was even better!! Looks like the frag swap was a success, and I hope the frags didn't get too dizzy!! Kim, wonderful pictures!!! Thanks again!!!
