We need a topic and a food list, not necessarily in that order

I've got a request, or a suggestion for the meeting discussion.

Would it be possible for those who use a refractometer to show me how they use it? I had one once, but could never read the thing to my satisfaction enough to know I was being really accurate, or at least more so than with my swing arm. I've been trusting that my salinity readings are consistent - accurate, probably not, but close enough given that I measure the salt out very carefully. I've read so many rave reviews of how great the switch to using a refractometer was, but frankly I never saw it because it was so hard to read.

So, any refractometer users out there that would like to show me how they use theirs?
