Thoughts and prayers needed

Angie's Grandpa really needs all of our thoughts and prayers. He was flown from Kalispel, MT to Harbor View Burn Unit, early this afternoon. We don't know a lot of details yet. All we know is that he was severely burned, along the front of his body, earlier today, while working around his home. He'll be 73 in a couple of days. At this time, we don't have any more details. I'll post more, as we find out. Since this happened in Kalispel, I wouldn't be surprised if some of you know more than we do, or hear about it on the news. Her Grandpa's name is "Buzz" Orville Wyman.

We're trying to figure out a way to get Angie and her Mom over there, tomorrow.

Wow. That sounds just awful. Prayers on their way.

An update. Approximately 10% of his body was severely burned. It seems he was starting a fire, in a wood stove, in his garage this morning. He was using a fuel/oil mix, to get the fire started. The mixture spilled on his clothing and ignited.

His right leg is almost totally burned, left leg burned, but not as severely and hands are burned.

Angie and her Mom will head to Seattle soon.

Thank you all so very much!! Your thoughts and prayers mean a lot to us!! From what we've heard, he's doing as well as can be expected. He'll most likely need a vast amount of skin graphs. We're still trying to figure out if we'll be heading over to Seattle or not. If so, it might just be Angie going, or may be all of us. We'll get that figured out today, probably.

I'm curious, has anyone from the area, heard about this on the local news?

I did hear on the news this morning where an older gentleman was lighting a fire and got burnt. Didn't say the name. Our prayers are with you and your family.
