When a user posts a thread to another users log forum, the owner of the log is notified. When a reply is made, the original thread starter does not receive an e-mail that there has been a reply, only e-mails are sent when a reply to a reply is made. Need to include the thread starters email adress in the email address array. Can't e-mail the thread start if there are 0 replies on the first reply upload since after that, the thread starter won't receive anything. Well that might work afterall since they will be notified, they don't have to be notified again.

Now that I'm done talking to myself, I can fix this.
