Lawnmower Blenny attacking my Perc. Clownfish

Can anyone explain why my Blenny is attacking my Clownfish? LFS said water parameters are fine, Never had a problem. My tank is a month old. (I know, I have learned, it was probably too soon to add fish). I added 2 Damsels and Clown the first week and the Blenny the second week & 2 turbo snails the third week. I added Stability by Seachem the first week and occasionally when introducing new fish. I also purchased frozen Emerald Entree to feed the Blenny. He seems to eat a little of it but the Clown goes to town! I have 20 lbs of live rock, and the Blenny has HIS hiding spots. The Clown never seems to hide even when sleeping he's out in the open. The Blenny will perch on a rock and watch the Clown then dart out and nip at him. He even swims in the upper half of the tank. He also eats flake food from the surface when I feed the other fish. The Domino Damsel will swim and brush up against the Blenny without any trouble. I'm afraid the the Little Clown will get stressed and die. Any suggestions

28 gallon. He seems to have lost interest in attacking now. Thanks for responding to my message.

do yourself a favor and get rid of the Dominos, they are fairly aggressive and will only get worse with time esp in a 28g tank, they will more than likely bully everyone
