I think it's a bit overexposed, hence killing the color pretty much. Do you have controls over exposure( like Ev +/-)? If yes, try to set it at -1/3 of a stop and see what happens. I think you may be surprized at the results.
I had real problem with my Nikon taking shots of blue corals or fish, everything came out purple. I did adjust my wb with some plastic grey(or yellow) card and it helped.
Try looking over this website for some tips, Gregory is a photographer by trade and did great job writing all this information. ;)
