Those all look good Charlie! I might play with the saturation a bit to give them a little more POP! Especially the blue channel in the clam pictures! I am still processing Wedding pix, so my eyes are a little crossed right now!

I want to see a macro of that T. squamosa that is just barely caught in the right of the first picture in your second post.

wouldn't you know it, I took the pic, then the battery decided to go dead. I'll see if I can't get a pic up later tonite or tomorrow AM, when the battery charges up. Sorry 'bout that

    Michelle,
Pic turned out like crap, I'll try again after I get home from work. Look like I'll have to try a top down pic. The clam is sideways to the glass, and he just won't cooperate!!

Well I just finished my second wedding disc, so I figured I would play a bit with the clams! I used Adobe CS2, and the following commands:

    Auto Contrast
    Saturation +8
    Unsharpmask 100% 1 pixel 1 level
    Selective Color Cyan, +100%

Just a quick and dirty edit, let me know if it works for you Charlie!

    Hi Charlie,
Looking good! That new camera was quite the improvement. How about a picture of the purple rim cap? Did you get that squamosa from me? I should've kept it if you did

    Regards,
    Kevin

INDEED! It's the one on the far right in your first post #0117. Is the coral the same as the second from the left in your macros (I couldn't tell...)??

No it is not the same as the second from the left, that's the basketball sized green millepora. Let me get some dinner on, and I'll get to work!!

    Ya gotta love canned chili!!!!!!!!!
I got dizzy trying to get the achilles pics, God they are active swimmers.
The green is a branching hydnophora, an old Dr. Mac frag that I've had for about 3 years.
    Enjoy
