Fun images
I was watching my Clarkii clownfish thtough the side of the tank and I swear I could hear her talking to her own reflection in the glass. I think it went something like this...
"Let me tell you, neighbour, this Yellow tang is beginning to really piss me off with his swimming...back and forth, back and forth..." ![]() "You see I what mean?" ![]() "Now listen, friend, cool that blurring in front of my eyes or I'm not responcible for my actions..." ![]() Can you imagine something like that? ![]()

And since I started posting some fun pix, how about this little fella? I haven't seen him in about a year and he just showed up yesterday and started camping under the clam...
![]() And couple more images I took today, just for fun. ![]() "I'm keeping my eye on you..." ![]() And my 8 year old Yellow tang, pondering how he managed to piss that Clakii off... ![]() Anybody else got some fun pictures to share?

Thanks Mike!
It was fun watching those two fish interact.., in all seriousnes though it seems that the tang is the boss in that tank, although he's about 2 inches smaller in size.

OK, I have some fun images I got yesterday on my annual 75 mile trek to pick my buddy up as he came out of the wilderness. These were taken on the drive up. If they look a little shaky, it must have been the thermos and a half of coffee
![]() ![]() .By the way, it was 35 degrees at the time these were taken, the snow level was at about 4500 feet. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I have 2 more, when she started to leave, I figured I had better get, I didn't know if she had a calf with her, and didn't feel like sitting in a tree all day if she did:slap::slap:.

Charlie, those are great! I think I have to move to Montana, you have so much more nature there then I do in Flint, MI. I'll bet your Wedding season is even shorter then mine though. I will certainly have to make a trip out there someday though, it must be a wildlife photographers dream!

Thanx Mike, I saw a BIG bull earlier in the morning, 'bout 8 AM, but he didn't want to stick around to long. His horns were probably at least 36". He had some really nice paddles, I did see them. I need that 70-200!!!! I had just changed lenses and didn't have the 28-135 on when I saw her. That really ticked me off!!!!!
Let me know when you want to come out Mike, Montana would be glad to have you!! I saw alot of critters yesterday, the weather change sure kicked them around, it went from 75 degrees to 40 in a day. I don't know about the wedding season being shorter man, Lorie and I got married 2 years ago Monday, and the weather was about the same as it was yesterday. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Those are really cool pix, Charlie. Too bad you didn;t have a longer lens on you, it would be fun to see her a bit closer. It's such a serene surroundings, too, reminds me alot of the area I grew up. There was lots of moose and some bears around as well. I miss living near forrest....

If I would have taken my time, I probably could have gotten alot closer, but I was pretty mindful of her having a calf around, that would not have been a good situation!!!!! I have a buddy that has been treed 4 times by a moose, he said it was a pretty uncomfortable deal.
As far as the lens goes, I kicked myself in the butt more than once yesterday, believe me!!!! |

I LOVE Moose! (Mooses? Meese?
)My mom lives in Maine. Last summer there was one who hung out in their neighborhood for the early spring before moving farther inland (they are on the coast, but there are lots of pine trees and forested areas, and everyone has little ponds). He (a young one -- nothing like yours Charlie) was apparently very happy in the neighborhood, splashing around in people's ponds and strolling through their back yards. Rebecca |

I was visiting my son yesterday and took this picture of his boxer named "Rocky"...
I think he was a bit sad because his girlfriend just left, a cute little mongrel.![]()

I am in the NW corner of the state, about 35 miles from the park. Nice pics guys and gals, the 7 year old needs a little more nose on him tho for an accurate copy. Does he help you out with the feeding and care? Gene, the boxer does look a little sad, are you sure it isn't dinner time??? |

Gene,
Brindled Boxers are SUCH good looking dogs! They are such a nice breed. One of my best buds has kept them for years, had a brindled female named Snickers who would be QUITE the compliment to Rocky! Frag, Can we get a full tank shot of the seahorse tank ( I like how it looks like sunken atlantis! with all the Greek columns, etc what did you actually use?)?? It looks pretty cool, and your son's impersonation is excellent! R |

Charlie,
The boys help bring in the misc. used for water changes, and enjoy watching the fish, but honestly I think they would be more involved if I could figure a way to wire a game controller to the aquarium. almostdiva, Thanks! I'll try to get a full tank shot up in the next few. Shay |

Looks like a good ol' garden spider to me, fairly harmless. We had one about the size of my thumb on our deck, he kept getting blown away when the air conditioner came on, but he would just rebuild. Lorie wanted to name it, but you know what happens when you start naming stuff!!
