Re: Our frontyard buddy
The first pic was taken at about 15 feet. I don't know what is goin on with his foot there Mike. Lorie pointed that out to me before I left for Pinedale, about 2 weeks ago. It doesn't seem to have any bad effects for him tho. We call him the clubster.
![]() ![]() ![]() I will get that CD sent off tomorrow. I am just now going thru one folder full of Pinedale pics. |

Re: Our frontyard buddy
Wow Charlie, that sure beats raccoons, bunnies and skunks! That's about the extent of our neighborhood marauders!

Re: Our frontyard buddy
I wish I could have gotten a pic of the moose that wandered thru Sunday. We were looking out the back door taking pics of the deer, and I guess a cow moose took a stroll thru our front yard!!!!
I need eyes in the back of my head this time of year. ![]() |

Re: Our frontyard buddy
If I had the choice I would definitely move the the country/boonies
But my husband likes it here so I guess until he hates one of the neighbors, it's the burbs for us. It's so much nicer being able to go outside in your jammies for coffee in the morning and checking out the critters than looking out the window and seeing the guy next door 30 feet from you house ![]()

I too always wanted to live somewhere in the mountains but not my wife, so we ended up staying in the suburbia. Those are great pictures, Charlie. We have deer wander in now and then, and have to be careful not to run them over with our monstrous SUV's when they take off.... ![]()

Re: Our frontyard buddy
I thought they got rid of the speed limit in Montana! Or was that just a bad experiment???

Re: Our frontyard buddy
Ours wouldn't have it any other way....he's a little strange to say the least. Don't want to be touched, or even near people, just wants his food.

Re: Our frontyard buddy
I already can't touch my fish I have to have a kitty who likes to cuddle. In NM where I grew up, we couldn't have outdoor kitties cause the coyotes would eat them. I never saw deer in the yard but lots of snakes! And jackrabbits- they get really big. Now here in LA we got a cat and she likes to lick... faces, hands, noses, toes... Odd, but cute :-)
