Starfish ID Please

I've only seen this guy 2 times, so I apologize for the blurry pic. I'm asuming it's a serpent star, but would like other opinions.

Yes, it does appear to be one of the Ophiuroid species. However, it is hard to tell from the picture. A bit closer shot would be much more helpful.
