I sent them a message saying they were using my picture without permission and I just now got a reply. They removed the picture. No apology.

The pics was just ok- it's what I call a "species" shot. A profile like they use in books- kinda boring actually but that's what they want for that kind of thing [retail]. I'm pretty sure they stole it from an educational site I have worked with for a long time.

Man, and here I was thinking that Kris Wray would be real good for that company. If you remember Kris managed reefermadness and I had really good relationship with that vendor....
Hopefully it wasn't Kris doing the stealing.

I think I met Chris too- if he's the guy I'm remembering I doubt it was him. The [insert expletive here] guy that replied to me was Mark Martin. About an hour after removing my photo the [expletive] signed me up for their newsletter.
Poseidon- since they took the photo down soon after I contacted them I won't bother with it. Had they refused to remove the photo- that would be a different story. And I wouldn't have to hire a lawyer since my brother's a lawyer and he specializes in the exact field

Chris was another good person to deal with on that site, if I remember correctly.
