I had a pleasure to spend a week in Sunny Isles this past week. Just want to share couple of images of the gathering storm that was approaching fast from the ocean. Started out pretty innocent but grew to a nice size storm that never really reached shores...![]()

The first set of pics reminded me of when I was in southeast Colorado a few years ago. You had plenty of time to take cover, because you could see it coming from miles away. Neat pics, was there a bunch of lightning too??? I really like the last pic in the second set, that is pretty!!!![]()

Yeah, there was some lightning but I didn't bother taking images of it because it wasn't really displaying much, just some flashes in the clouds.
