Beautiful pic Gene! I'd take a pic of the shore down here, but its just gray with lots of ran and the sound of hundreds of motorcycles trying to get the heck outta dodge....this weekend is Roar to the Shore...i'd hate to be one of the ones that have a long ride home in this

Great pic Gene, but to see what morning looks like around the valley, I would have to motivate and get in the truck, and the coffee would miss me

Yeah, I hear you on the weather... Our forecast isn't much better than what's down your way. It is drizzling right now with more serious showers to follow. Anyway, yesterday was one of the better beach days of this year, as far as I'm concerned. Ocean was calm, water warm and breeze was cool...what else would you want?
My granddaughter told me as much that it was her best day EVER at the beach. ;)

As far as roar to the shore...they can keep it. It deafens my street when they come roaring from traffic light to traffic light... (I'm on the 6th floor so it is even worse).
But, to each it's own they say, so I'm fine with the bikers. ;)

I agree with Charlie, I could probably get some great sunrise shots out on Amelia Island, but as Charlie said the Coffee would miss me
