    Satisfaction Guranteed???

    I ordered your copepods, there was a problem. I have sent your company 3 emails with photos, it has been a couple days now, I have gotten no response. What gives? I am not setting out to discredit your company but can someone contact me please. I would like to be another satisfied customer. I have several fish that need live copepods on a regular basis. I am hoping this is just an oversight. I am trying to stay positive and hoping your company stands behind their products.
    Let's fix this.

    I have been waiting 4 days for a response to 3 emails and a posting in your company forum. I am feeling like I've been scammed. I am giving you a chance to make it right. You got my $22.90 and I got nothing but an empty bag in a wet soggy shipping box. Please contact me, I am trying my best to be patient.

    1,000 live copepods
    Order date 09/16/09

    This company is impossible to contact, I emailed the address listed on the webpage, the email address listed on my invoice and I try the telephone number (same on webpage and invoice) every day. The voice mailbox if full and will not accept new messages. A company that treats it's customers in such a manner won't be in business long. Please contact me.

    5 days, still cannot contact this company. I have been scammed. I am on my way now to my LFS to purchase copepods for my mandrin. If I can reach at least one person with this warning.

    DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

    Learn from my heartbreak. It feels aweful to be taken like this.

    I will post my photos here as proof just in case an unsuspecting sole may consider ordering from these guys.
    Packaging was very poor. (copepods shipped in plastic bag w/a pinch of cheato and water) All the water leaked out durring shipping (copepods die without water) and this is what I received. (the box was so wet and water logged it opened by itself, Cannot blame the shipping company UPS, I place majority of blame poor packaging. Now honestly I can understand things like this happen but in this case I have been trying and trying but noone will return my emails so I have resorted to posting in this sponser forum which aparently the company dose not check often. I am open to suggestions and or opinions from anyone. I welcome some feedback.

    I have to order most of my supplies online as well.

    Thanks for the heads up on this company, I will make sure not to use them.

    Thanks for the feedback. I live in a large city with many LFSs. I order online quite often to save money on supplies. I have never experienced anything like this before. If I can get the word out about Precison Aquaculture Technologies's extremely poor treatment of it's customers maybe it will save some other poor sucker from getting ripped off.
    You know I have noticed no feedback here from satisfied or unsatisfied customers.
    Any out there? Would love to hear your experiences with this company.

    My LFS used to be a sponser here at reefland. I wasnt happy with the way they did me and let everyone know about it. dont know if they pulled there add or what happend but they are no longer a sponser.

    I have delt with many online vendors and I have had wonderful experiences. This is definately out of the norm. I wonder how long this one lasts. I will be leery of trying new companies in the future. I found this forum while searching for reviews of Premium Aquaculture Tec. Thank you for the warm welcome : )

    Today I got through to their voicemail box, they cleared it. I called 3 times 11:30 am, 2:40pm and at 3:10 pm, will call a few more times before they close at 5:00pm. I also sent another email with photos. Wow, if this isn't a BIG RED FLAG to all who consider ordering from this company.

    I just called my credit card company, the charges were credited back to my account. Unfortunately they will not be recovering the funds from Precision Aquaculture Tech because it was under $25. It's so sad that they are getting away with this : (

    It is October 20, still no reply to any of my posts here. Don't make purchases from this company, they ripped me off and will rip you off too. Avoid them like the plague. I alerted my local reef club to, it happens to be a big one, CMAS on ReefCentral. I will be alerting folks when the opportunity arises on nano_reef.com, Saltwaterfish.com, uberfrags.com, nanotank.com the list goes on and on.

    ALERT...RIP OFF !!

    Lmecher,

    Since you made your purchase online I am pretty sure you made your purchase with a credit card. Call up your credit card company and have them issue a charge back. Just tell them your experience and what happened and that the company will not respond do your emails. The CC company will then issue you a credit. If you used a debit card it works the same way except you may have to go in the bank and sign a statement.
