I ordered your copepods, there was a problem. I have sent your company 3 emails with photos, it has been a couple days now, I have gotten no response. What gives? I am not setting out to discredit your company but can someone contact me please. I would like to be another satisfied customer. I have several fish that need live copepods on a regular basis. I am hoping this is just an oversight. I am trying to stay positive and hoping your company stands behind their products.
Let's fix this.
