Question Must I wait?

My tank has been up and cycling for 1 week and 2 days now.

Yes....thank you.....thank you......thank you very much......

Can i start adding Macro's to my refugium now or should i wait until the tank has completed it's cycle?

I would wait until the ammonia and nitrite have left the water and then add them.
