Talking Starting a new tank

I have a 28g bow tank that I am thinking of setting up. I have everything for it except for the filtration. The lighting will be 144w of pc's. My 46g is being transformed into an sps reef and I need to transfer all of my softies to the 28g. I would sell them off but my mom would freak . Also do you guys/gals think that a RBTA could survive in the 144w of pc's? It is being moved from my 46g which has a 250w halide. Any other suggestions for the tank will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Ilia

Just make sure it gets enough food to supplement what it gets from its zooxanthellae, give it some water flow and I' think it might surprize you.
Another thing, you can always switch out those pc's for single 150W DE pendant or 175W SE bulb(wich I have spare ones and you're welcome to them since I don't use them anymore).
