they come out at night, first time i see them. if anyone knowns what are they please let me know. and are they bad for a reef. thank you

Looks like little bristle worms. Harmless to the reef, beneficial to the sand bed. I suppose some fish eat them but mine seem to survive just fine to grow as long as 6 inches. Don't freak--only 2 or 3 grow that long, so I don't have a tank full of 6" bristle worms.
If that's what these are, they're a good thing.

6 inchs thats a baby I had 2 that was almost 10 inchs long they was the momma and daddy i think
