Hiya Anna! The picture seems a bit blurry to me. I can see the mushroom clearly on the top right corner, but I dont think that's what you want us to ID.

From what I can tell, the "blur" looks to be a small rock colonized by Zoanthid polyps.

If you're using a digi cam, and if its a 1 megapixel like mine is you can try using a Magnifying lens (usually 3x) and hold it in front of the camera lens before you shoot. This will usually only work when the corals are close to the front glass/acrylic.

Do you think it's aptasia? I don't think you'd be concerned about zoanthids!

We need a better pic or a description to be sure.
