striped mushroom corals

I have these striped mushroom corals, and they are all in one spot. How do I, or can I spread them around my tank?

Perhaps you should place your posts in the appropriate forums.

Your first post looks like a photo of an algae and the second is mushrooms.

You posted these in the SPS forums which is for Small Polyped Stony Corals -- It's not a forum for general reef questions.

The above (correct) statement notwithstanding, you can easily frag mushrooms and move them where you want.

Take a pair of sharp scissors or a razor blade and slice the shroom right under its cap. there are several ways to attach the cap to a new rock, I like placing the cap in a plastic cup with some rubble and let it attach. Then you can superglue the rubble piece to whatever rock you want.

Geez o2manyfish take it easy on the new guy... SPS LPS etc etc we know what they are but I'm sure it was a simple mistake that he posted here...

James another way you can try if you are not comfortable cutting the mushrooms is simply placing some rubble under the Umbrella of the mushroom and over a week or so the polyp will gradually move that way and the you can pick up the rubble and place it where ever you want...

You can also use lace to tie the shroom down to a piece of rock you want it to attatch to. You just place the shroom on the rock and them drape the lace over it and secure it with some rocks. In a few weeks the shroom will have attatched.
