I found out by reading my manual, can get better/sharper images if taken at high resolution then reduce in size.

I'm sure there's more tricks in that manual then that but this one is one of them.
You can also shoot in XGA and save some space in the memory card-should give you about 20 plus shots,maybe more. Quality won't suffer either,for macro photography full resolution is the best way to go,of course.

PS. Here's a pic that I consider my best macro shot that I ever was able to take.
I was not able to replicate exposure and white balance like in this pic anymore.Not once

Am using PhotoSuite Platinum. Don't mind at all. Was going to enhense a little myself as mine looked a little washed out.
