Is it bleaching? or is it RTN, the white balance looks a little off in the pic, but looks like RTN from this perspective...to me anyway.

Kevin,

i don't believe it is an RTN.I did not see any tissue sloughing off, perhaps some bleaching for whatever reason. Has anything changed in the tank? Perhaps something landed on it or what not?

It looks like there is some tissue starting to receed from the coral; did this just happen? Any recent tank additions? Any temp spikes and sand bed disturbance?

I hope Johnny doesn't mind, I cleaned the pic up just a hair, it looks like it is definitely suffering from tissue recession, and I don't see any of the sloughing either, but with the balance issue, I couldn't tell what was bleached/receded and what wasn't.

Ok Guys! I'm sorry I didn't explain further on what the story is as I got a call from my son and he is in serious trouble so I dropped everything to talk to him.

Anyways, I received a shipment of frags from a fellow hobbyist from Grifton, N.C. and this is how the frag looked when I got it. It came two day fedex and the water in the box was quite cold. I have lost two other frags already and four seem to have made it. So maybe the frag is quite stressed. There are a couple of white spots around the edges and the cap was a green color and I can see a hint of it returning and I believe I see some very tiny polyps so will wait a few days and see what develops. Thanks so much for your answers and hope this clears it up a bit. Johnny

Well, if anything can come back from the dead a cap can Good luck!

If it were mine, I would put it in a moderate lighting with good flow, then move to more intense lighting gradually.
