Mushroom anenomes

Heres a few pics on how i do my shroom propagation i just gently remove from the rocks and divide them up and put them straight into a section in my sump with low light for a few weeks i dont bother putting them on rocks for a while i prefer to farm them for 2 to 3 weeks while they repair themselves then peel them off the bottom glass with a credit card then start the rock propagating process. The reason i do this is because i believe its a lot easier when your workiing with large amounts off mushrooms .Like 100's of them this time i did just over 30 shrooms today and have around 75 shrooms plus for my effort .

Mushrooms

Hello kccmc
Thanks for replying to my post with my mushrooms i prefer to have them under 30 watts during there rehab but in my reeftanks i keep all of them under 250 watts. When i propagate mushrooms i do all my cuts with a pair of sharp scissors . When i cut my mushrooms if they are large enough i cut them in to 4 and if they look a tad small i just split them in 2. I always make my cuts central to the mouth as long as there is a section off the mouth on you cut theres bound to be a larger section of base for it to regrow from.
