Here is a picture of the new acro that i got, do any of you guys know what type it is?

I'll venture a guess of Acropora tenuis. They can become quite purple with the right lighting.
Here is a picture of one of mine tken 7-02

and the same coral on 9-03:

Is that frag really that blue? Awesome color ... nice coral pieces on this page for sure.

it was that blue when i got it but it turn blorner when in my tank, but the colony is turning green and that frag is going back to blue! and in the picture its just with one very small marine white tube and 2 full length actinics. so looks very blue under the lighting.

How long have you had that blue frag? Will be interesting to see it after it grows up a bit Very nice
