cleaning live sand bed

a bunch of junk from my life rock has fallen onto my live sand bed, and it doesnt look to pretty, would i just clean it with a gravel vacume? and if not with that then how would i clean it up?

Your cleaning crew should get it. If you want you could take a vacuum and suck it up but try not to disturb the sand too much. I would just leave it be and let the snails take care of it.

Being that your tank is SO new... you really can't do alot about it. If you use a gravel vac, it will remove water AND the sand. Just leave it be. In a week or so when you get your critters they will take care of it for you.

do you think i will be able to introduce some inverts to my tank in a week?, ive only done a Ph test and it reads at about 7.8, im going to go out and buy the test kits i will need to see if my tank has cycled soon.
