What is the best place to order fish online? I think that my LFS charge too much for fish and my aquarium looks pretty bare without them. I am looking for something that either eats algae or is entertaining to watch.

Don't sweat the petty things and don't pet the sweaty things.
I don't know if they are the "best" but saltwaterfish.com has a deal where you buy $75 worth of fish, corals,or inverts and you get free shipping. They sometimes don't have much in stock but it might be worth it to check them out.
I have had great buys with www.MarineDepot.com and the prices are not that bad, also www.reefermadness.us
Check these out and good luck

I can SO help you with this. I have ordered from approx. 25 online stores. I can give you the best and the worst.Originally Posted by orion25
Best places to order from are Petsolutions.com and Liveaquaria.com. Both have a 10 day guarantee. Both have a large selection, good prices, good specials and free shipping if your order is $175.00 and very reasonable shipping if it isn't. $24.99!!!! I have ordered from both and they were great. Sizes were much bigger in the corals then you expected. Their medium is a large most anyplace else.
Best place for inverts is Saltwaterinverts.com, you WILL NOT find better prices. Zoanthus rocks advertised at "golf ball size" were 6-8 inches long and covered! Prices at $12.50!!!! Serpent stars $1.25. I ordered a red ball sponge and it was 9 inches across! Prices are dirt cheap and they are very friendly. Free shipping on orders over $150.00.
Saltwaterfish.com is nice too, because you get free shipping on orders of $75.00.
The WORST place you can order from is AQUACON.COM, If you are looking for microscopic frags that you are overcharged for and severely rude service, order here. I paid $49.99 for a "medium" bright pink polyp rock. I got a one inch rock with 14 brownish polyps on it. ONE inch!!!! I paid $30.00 for pulsing Xenia, I got a 1/2 inch frag attached to nothing. I ordered an orange pimpled mushroom ROCK (that is what it was advertised as) and received a 3/4 inch single ricordia polyp floating in a bag. The big ripper here is this-They advertised FREE shipping with any $175.00 order. So I ordered $180.00 worth of stuff. They apparently were out of one of the items I ordered. Instead of letting me know this so I could order something else, they charged me $35.00 shipping! I ended up paying $187.00 for a one inch brown polyp rock, one dottiback, a 1/2 inch dead piece of Xenia that didn't pulse or anything else, a hermit crab and a 3/4 inch piece of ricordia. When I called them to find out what was going on I was told "Aint nobody here who can help you. Go online and send an email to Rob." (Taking <MY> name and number down was WAY too much trouble for them) So I got online and sent an email to Rob and it was completely ignored. I have never been so ripped off in all my life.
i guess i will never go to aquacon, just look at the name "CON" sounds about right to me!!
for corals go to dr macsOriginally Posted by zoocrazy
I bought 45 lbs of live rock from liveaquaria.com and i must say i was a little disappointed that it didn't have more life on it then it did. There was nothing growing on them except for a few aptasias. Large pieces though and great shapes too. Can't complain about the fish and invert side of the house though, we've never had a problem there.
