strang creature
i have been watching a creature devlope on my live rock for a couple months now but i havent been able to identify it,so maybe someone here can......in a cave of live rock there is a 1/4 to 3/8 in. translucent orange bubble with what apppear to be two small tubes coming out of it....it has been slowly growing from a spec to its current size. it seems to retract when lights hit it and puffs up at feeding time...any ideas on what this could be would be and what it might end up as would be appreciated....also it never moves from its location. thanks for any help

It is hard to tell without looking at it or at the picture. Perhaps a tunicate?Or a sponge?
Here is couple of articles about tunicates with some pictures as well ![]() http://www.photoquest.com/traveling_.../travel4.shtml http://www.microscopy-uk.org.uk/mag/...8/rhtunic.html
