I found this

Sunburst Anthias
Serranohirrhitus latus Also known as "Fathead Anthias" and Hawk Anthias" the spectacular Serranocirrhitus latus resembles no other anthias. They key to successfully keeping this fish is an extremely docile tank with lots of caves and no boisterous feeders. Best kept in a reef tank, the most aggressive fish you might consider keeping with the sunburst anthias are Cirrhilabrus sp. fairy wrasses, which are generally not at all aggressive. Beware of cheap sunburst anthias, which often suffer from improper decompression and poor handling. When good specimens are provided with the proper environmentthey can do great in captivity.

Also this
With regard to the sunburst anthias (also the Fathead and/or Hawkfish anthias) specifically this fish required "meaty fish for zooplankton keepers" and "must be provided with subdued lighting, rocky caves and archways, and passive tankmates...keep singly in a small- to medium-sized aquarium; will fight with members of its own species

sunbursts are a little funny as anthias go. Scott Michael wrote a pretty nice section on 'em in his book. Getting 'em to start eating is tough, but the cyclopseeze did the trick. They particularly like chopped krill as well. They were initially very shy, but are much more outgoing and seem to adjust to bright lighting (they are typically a deep water fish). Like all anthias, probably should be fed at least 3 times a day. If you have a very productive refugium you may get away w/less. I hope this helps

Well your refugium is well established and producing lots of little things for it to eat like copapods ect... If you need more info on refugiums do a search on this forum.
