Is it a good one? Well, its not really possible to tell from the info you provided.
Filmtec membrane are top shelf - so that's good. Clear housings are nice, so you have that covered. What is the pore size of the sediment filter? What is the pore size and chlorine capacity of the carbon block? Does it have an adjustable flow restrictor? Does it have a flush valve? Does it have a valve for you to access RO water before it enters the DI resin? What are the specs on the resin? Is it an aluminum bracket? Does it have an auto shut off valve? Is that a refillable cartridge for the DI resin? It doesn't have a pressure gauge - you might want one. I've never liked the kind of plumbing connections they have on that unit, but I wouldn't worry about that too much. HTH Blue

Blue brings up some good points but keep in mind even if the cartridges aren't the best available, replacements are everywhere. For your tank, I think the filter would be fine, the thing to investigate is the company you are purchasing it from. Will they provide support if needed? Do they warranty the device? You get the picture.

Agreed.
As far as the points I posted above, the point is: know what you're buying, and what you're not buying. Blue
