anyone know their sponges?

Hey guys thanks in advance for any info you could give me. My live rock came from 2 different places. Some was from Fiji and Some was from the Caribbean. A week or so ago I noticed a small pink and yellow sponge had emerged and settled on a small shell in my tank. So far this sponge has moved all over the tank. It never seems to settle anywhere. I know it is alive cause at times the pores on it are open wider than others. This sponge is the size of a chapstick lid or so mostly pink but has yellow markings on it also. Any ideas as to where this sponge came from, the name of it etc. Any info you could give me would be great. Thanks again.
