-i have a problem with this hair aglae growing on my glass, and its really starting to bother me, becuase everytime i scrape it off its back again the next day, does anyone have any idea how i can get rid of this?

-i also have some stuff on my glass right behind the powerhead, could they be snail eggs?

Those things you think are snail eggs look more like Sycon sponges. I have tons behind my powerheads, and on my Magfloat cleaners. They're not bad, just little filter feeders. As for the brown algea, it could be your water quality. Sometimes high nitrates and phosphates can cause blooms. Also, you may not have enough circulation in the tank. I'm sure other people will let you know whats up, but what do you have for water turnover? Any powerheads...? An additional powerhead couldn't hurt just to keep that water flowing around. Keep up with water changes, this will export those excessive nutrients that are possibly causing these blooms. Good luck.

As for the little plant off the LR, possibly some sort of Macro algea? I dont know.

Correct me if I am mistaken, but I think your tank is pretty new. It is normal to get algae blooms in a new tank. Testing the water may reveal a problem or it may not. I have had algae problems when both nitrates and phosphates were at undetectable levels. They were getting taken up by the algae as fast as they were produced.
