Question Starting a new tank, need some advice

Hey i really wanna know if this could work out to be a good lil frag tank for me i would really apreciate any comments u guys have , or if anyone has a similar setup? thank you.
Hey all, i was thinking of starting a frag tank out of a 10 gallon tank. I wanted to use a sandbed and maybe 15 lbs of live rock. i wanted to frag the soft corals i have and put them in thier to grow. i also wanted to buy frags and place them in their to grow. i wanted to place a 65 watt power compact aqua light on it along with a 20 watt atintic. how dose that sound for lighting? For filtration i am going to use a millineum 3000 filter wichis is rated for tanks up to 60 gallons. i am going to alter it by keeping it on low, cause it is powerful, and i was going to place some foam and bio balls on one side, and have the carbon on the other side. well how dose that sound? sounds good to me what do u guys think?

nick, all comments will be taken into consideration, thank you much!!!!!!!!!
