Carpet anemone help

I have a question as I am fairly new still to this wonderful hobby.
I got a blue carpet anemone from my lfs about a week to 2 ago.
And the last few days he hasnt looked that well. What signs are
there to help me identify what might be wrong? He wont eat any
krel when I try to feed him and I have read that sometimes they
should not be hand fed that they create there own food. His
opening seems quite large today and he has some red in his
pigmentation instead of clear. The lfs doesnt seem to know much
about carpet anemones.

I have 2 250w HQIs 20k DE bulbs.
All my levels are normal or better.
.024 salinity

Thanks

Please provide water perameters. I feed my carpet silversides every other day
Has anythinf died recently? Or is it near anything sickly looking? Anemone are very sensetive animals and can be a very good indicator that something is "off" in respect to water chemistry.

Pictures of my anemone

Here is the latest pictures of my anemone.
It has a green substance around its opening this morning and it appears to be shedding/loosing its blue coloring. It is still sticky to the touch.

Well for whatever reason I cant seem to get the pictures to display.......
