Unhappy Powder Blue

Folks what does it mean when these fellas go stripey? his eyes tend to go dilated aswell looks like he's ready to kick some

Could be HLLE, lateral line disease. Powder Blues need superb water conditions, lots of current and lots of oxygen. They also need room to swim and no stress.

A proper diet, rich in algae/seaweed type foods, {clip seaweed}, foods like spirolina algae flakes and some meaty foods like frozen mysis shrimp.

does it look like wounds?

my powerder grown goes dark and soemtimes looks like black stripes when hes angry and feeling aggresive to other tank mates.. just like when someone blushes or turns red when angry... maybe its that? my midas blenny had many black striped when angry...
