hey all got a question. i know the pic is not very good. coulnt get a better one. but i was wondering if someone could help me id this coral. i bought this frag from a friend, but all he knew was that its a leather coral. but im not sure what kind. i can describe what it looks like right now. its got fingers and purple little buds growing out of them. the pic might look better in my gallery. any ideas would be nice thanks. |

one more quick question. on this rock their were some baby snails, and a star fish. i dont really care about the snails. but does anybody know any good sights as to get info about starfish. its only about 1" big, its yellow with some dark stripes on each arm. i have no idea what kind of starfish it was on the rock. so any sights or info would be cool. thanks

The picture makes it very difficult to make out any details of the coral.

i have a question on what to put in for the leather?? the guy we got it from says he puts in iodine and magnesium for his. but would the trace elements we already have work just as well. or do we need to put those things in at all. currently we are dripping kalk, but i dont think that does anything for the iodine. could be wrong not to sure. any advice here would be helpful. thanks
