I am always having problems having to know what is my tank's size...It is a standard 2 feet tank and i alway keep the water level at about 85%-90% of the tank... So anyone has any idea how many gallon of water my is tank is carrying?

You can take the following equation to figure your water volume:
L*W*H / 231 (the Height should be the number of inches from the bottom of the tank to the surface of the water). Of course rock, sand and other items that have mass in the tank are going to reduce the overall water volume, this will tell you what your empty tank would hold. |

The number to divide by should be 231 not 281
