Hmmm Acro not extending much at all
Got a new yellow acro last week and hasn't really extended much at all. It's sliming a bit and will open a little at night but that's it.
All water perams are in order. Temp 80.5 SG 1.025 PH 8.4 CA 430 Alk 3.0 meq/L NO2,NH3 & PO4 all undetectable
The Acro was added AFTER I got the new halides but I think my LFS runs 6700k bulbs which are probably WAAAY overdue for being changed. Everything else is doing well (mostly LPS) and my most recent addition was a 5'' Crocea clam which was added on Friday I do 15% water changes with RO/DI weekly as well as clean all equipment Any thoughts? |

Perhaps your best bet is to lower it in the tank as far down as possible and let it be to see if it responds better. If your suspect the lighting, this is the best course of action.
