Turnover GPH 20gnano
I just wanted to post what I estimate my gph turnover of my 20g. The boxes for my maxi jets list the 1200s as 295 gph I have 3 of these and a maxi jet 400 estimated at 110 gph as well as my carbon filter.
The 400 is running my uv. 110 gph. One 1200 is running my skimmer. Sinch the 1200s airway on the skimmer is opened up full I estimate it to be running at half or maybe less than half its normal flow rate. The other two maxi jets are running at 295 gph give or take a few. All in all I'm estimating a turnover somewhere in the ballpark of 880 gph. Sound about right to you guys? Is this a bit much? Thoughts please.
