Hi guys... Over the past few weeks I notice DOZENS of these little white stars with skinny long legs hiding in the crevaces of my liverock. I've had my 55 gallon for almost a year, I haven't put ANYTHING new into it for the past 6 months or so, so I'm wondering where on earth they came from and are they harmful? Thanx a bunch!

I'm not sure what kind of star your talking about but I do not think they are anything to worry about. It sounds to me like some type of spaghetti worm but I'm not sure. Regardless, I would not be concerened with them at all.

as long as they have skinny lil legs.. i would think they are just mini brittle stars..
now if they are all thick.. and llok like they are missing a leg here and there.. thats a different thread..
