FIsh selection advice

Hi all,

I am trying to get some advice on fish selection. As I type I have 50 snails, sand sifting starfish, 100#'s live rock, bubble tip anemone and two Ocellaris clowns. I need some advice as what fish to consider next. My final fish is going to be a hippo tang. Thanks for any advice BILL

Hi Bill!

I see a lot of these threads posted across the boards and the first response is typically the same so I thought I would go ahead and post it.

How long has this tank been set up and what size is it? Is this an intended reef tank or a fish-only w/liverock? What kind of fish do you like?

SORRY!!! the tank is a 75 gallon it has been set up for 2 months. I never really saw a cycle due to the 100 pounds of real quality live rock. I have critters living all over this stuff. I added the anemone and clown fish about a week ago. The lights a 96wx4 power compact flourescents. I want peaceful fish with good color. I am thinking about a wrasse but am not 100 percent yet. THANKS for any advice.

The Royal Gramma, Gramma loreto, is for the most part a peaceful fish, but is also known to be territorial at times. We have one in our 75 and enjoy him!

cant really help you on the fish...... there are many..
but if you want a quality deep sand bed.. the sand sifting star is not going to help you at all..
