My maze brain.
It's very odd there are places on my brains skeleton that seem to be building up thicker and then again there are other places that look like they might be trying to bleach out a little bit. These bleaching places are very small. If you were to draw a circle about a millimeter and a half across this would be about accurate. The brain seems to be otherwise healthy. He feeds every morning and hasn't lost color or anything other than those tiny spots. Is this normal?

That is quite normal for Platygyra sp. corals.

The spot is spreading. Someone on Rc told me that I need to seal the wound to the colony with some sort of glue. Does anyone have any experience with this type of treatment and what kind of glue should I use? I was also told to move the colony from an area of low flow to a higher flow. My water parameters are good with the exception of nitrates which range from about 4ppm when I do a water change to 8ppm when it's time to change. Lighting is good. I'm a little worried about allelopathy. The colony is real close to the green sinularia.

I could really use some advice on the glue matter. If any of you know about it or know where I can research please.
