starting to cure the rock what next

I have another question, big surprise right. When should I ad the live sand activator and clean up crew. I'm assuming after the 80lsb of live rock I just dumped in is cured. I have a 75gal with 3-4'' of sand in the tank and around 6'' of sand in the sump-refug. I was thinking about buying the 9 for $99 deal from ipsf and splitting between the two. Some light on time an of interduction and make up of the ipsf kit would be helpful. thanks, buy the way the tank looks great but i'm having problems posting pic's.

Brett,

You can go ahead and add some livesand now but I would wait to add any detritivores or clean-up critters until after the liverock is cured. The 9-$99 kits from IPSF are really nice but I would bother with the "bacteria vials" that they have.

Nope it won't hurt a think.

The hermit debate is pretty simple really. Hermit crabs are opportunistic ominvores; if they get a chance they'll eat your snails!

And after they are done with snails, they'll come out of the tank on Holloween night, disguised as pirates, and try to eat your lunch and maybe your cat or something.
