Today I started noticing something about my GSM. For starters it's starting to get a little yellow color. So far it's only a small patch on its head but it's definately the beginnings of color change. About how old are they when they start getting their yellow stripes?

The other thing I've noticed is that it's getting pretty aggressive especially at feeding times. The flame hawk isn't bothered but my poor cardinal just can't seem to do anything right. The fish need more room and I'm thinking of trading the cardinal in for some store credit. This sound like a good solution to you guys? The cardinal has been with me for a while and I'd hate to let him go but I can't let this continue.

I can't comment on the color change however I would take the GSM back before the cardinal; they are real buggers!

When I get my 75 I'm gonna get a small school of cardinals but for now I'd rather keep my GSM. The GSM and the flame get along fine they are also my favorite two fish. When I stock it I'll base my entire livestock around those two fish.
