Saw light on web-is it right?

I've got a 29 gal tank and i'm planning on mostly reef, ie corals and inverts. Here is a description of a light i found; is it right for my tank?

Create the ultimate dawn to dusk effect with the pro-grade, Orbit. It packs the SunPaq Dual Daylight (10,000K & 6,700K), the Dual Actinic (460nm & 420nm) and the Lunar Light together in one sleek, fan-cooled fixture. Offering the leading technologies in one 24-hour lighting system that gives you one small step to take for a gigantic leap in performance.
  • Length: 30"
  • Wattage: 65W
  • No./Color Temp: 1-Dual Daylight/1-Dual Actinic
  • No. of Lunar Lights: 2
  • Fan: Yes
  • No. of Switches: 2
Or do I need more wattage? This lighting thing is tricky, and i don't want to waste money on stuff i can't use. I'm still very confused, but i've heard that i need at least 4watt/gal. Any advice?

Here is a great OLD thread where lighting is discussed! PLease Throw out the WAtts per Gallon thing... It is useless! Main reason being is it fails to account for the DEPTH of a tank! Under that guideline a tank that is 100 gallons in the shape of 72x18x20 tall needs the same light as a tank that is 36x18x40 tall, do you think the amount of light at teh bottom of the second tank is the same as the light at the bottom of the first?? NO WAY!!! Decide what it is that you want to keep, then get appropriate lighting for them! Whether it be VHO, PC, T5, or MH!!! Personally since I spent the cash and added the Metal Halide I couldn't be happier! It is BY far the best light I have ever had!
