Did you take the picture? In other words, have you seen this fish in person or is this just a picture you found?

If you have seen it in person, then all you have to do is describe it or take more pictures. What is its total length? Are the pectoral fins completely black and is that a blue edge on the pectoral fins? What about the white bars? How many are there? I see two of them but is there a third white bar at the base of the caudal fin? Is the fish black all over except for the white bars? Does the picture accurately depict the true color of this fish?

I just happened to come across the picture at www.hellolights.com and thought it was nice. It's one of the changing pics on their mainpage. I searched the site but couldn't find what it is.
