A friend of mine has a nice reef tank and his carpet anemone released a mily/smoky substance from its hole. Does anyone know what this is, and if it's good or bad? It was about an hour or two after sunset and the light was still on, and seemingly out of nowhere the anemone started spewing this stuff. The anemone was fed a day before, so we're not sure if it was waste or what. Any info would be appreciated.
