Help, I think my clown is dying!

I know this is going to sound strange, but I redid the aquascape last night and both false perculas moved out of the anemone. I figured it was because of the current that increased in their area. I changed it back and one of the clowns came back, the other one is slowly moving back towards the anemone (BTA) but I noticed that his/her eyes seem to be bugging/bulging out of the head. His/her belly seems to be bigger, but not the rest of the fish. This clown is bigger and lighter in color than the other more active clown that is back in the anemone. Anyone?

    Thanks,

    Brandon

Update: I think he/she is getting worse. It has gotten close to the anemone and know it is just barely swimming. Its color doesn't look bad but its not moving alot.
