You might have to endure the task of removing your LR to get them out.

I had a nasty feeling that it wouldn't stop Ich from progression. Sorry it did not worked out for you.
I have to agree with Samper that it probably is the best choice. Try removing the largest pieces first and see if you can catch them. You can try enticing them with some food and snag them with the net as they aproach it.
I know how daunting it looks and I don't envy you.
Let us know how things are going and what you ended up doing, please.
