A different view of my tank!

Here is a little different view of my Reef Tank.... This is my 4 month old daughter, Makayla Lynn. Her favorite spot is in her play pen right in front of the tank!! If you look closely you can see my yellow tang.... Just thought this was pretty cool. This was taken with my 70-200 2.8 and a 500D close up filter, at ISO 3200!!! Shutter 1/80 f2.8 handheld! (for Gene!!) Tomorrow the camera goes in for service...

Great shot, Mike. I've always been a sucker looking for something unusual in the pictures...Reflections in the eye or elsewhere, just makes the shot for me.

How's that lens performing at its longest point? I've read that it can get softer at its longest and widest points but what do I know, I've never had one. The longest lens I have is that 100mm macro lens. Also, you must have hands of steel to shoot with that big lens.I'm sure I couldn't have done it handheld

Good luck with the repairs, I hope it is simple to fix and you'll have your "baby" back soon.
    Kind regards,

    Gene.
