Apolemichthys griffisi
It's not so much that it is rare, it's just rarely imported. It is found on steep outer-reef slopes in a depth range of 15-100 meters (49-328 ft). It feeds on sponges and tunicates.
It is not a particularly attractive fish: http://www.fishbase.org/Summary/Spec...sname=griffisi
